#VeteransForKaepernick because I didn't just do a 7 month deployment for the racist, bigots, or a song

#VeteransForKaepernick because I didn't volunteer to defend a country where police brutality is swept under the rug.

That's awesome. Tomorrow I'm going to burn an American flag so I can get Twitter love from veterans.

But that is okay because veterans fought for our freedom to steal valor.

Yea, a lot of posts are people just using the hashtag, clearly not veterans. Also a lot of veterans just saying that they support his right to free speech. And a bunch of black vets talking about injustices they experienced many years ago. Very few people actually saying they agreed with everything he was doing

If I was a vet I wouldn't care less if he stands for the anthem. Don't sign up for that specific reason. If I was a cop I wouldnt care that kap thinks police brutality is a problem. It does make kap look like a dick but who cares.

A hashtag like this would trend whenever. The leftists at Twitter can make a topic trending regardless of how many or how few tweets there are on a topic. They can also suppress topics. They've been caught doing this with conservative topics and did it to Bernie Sanders related stuff in the primaries

Want to see my DD214 for proof? It's not hard to understand that freedom of expression is one of America's greatest freedoms. I hate, Hate, HATE the Westboro Baptist Church but will defend their right to say and do what they want with my dying breath.

This is no different. I don't like what Kaepernick is doing, but he has every right to do so. Just like you have every right to not support him. Let your money talk for you if you want, boycott the NFL if it bothers you. But the "love it or leave it" crowd are stupid.

I would think Being "for Kaepernick" is different than being for his first amendment right. I think everyone is for that.

I don't care if he wants to stand or not.

What I can't stand is his reasoning and how he is further rallying up the divide. The police stuff isn't always racially motivated.. most are justified, a small percentage are just bad decisions by idiots with a badge.

I can't stand the easy way out of labeling everything against you as racist.. and all it does is breed/fuel actual prejudice..

Perhaps Chicken would be kind enough to start a Kaepernick Board.
