Fine. What about the BYU volleyball fiasco?

a bunch of fans shouting during a volleyball match vs 1 guy yelling something on an empty street
Look, I'm not even saying it definitely happened, it's just a lot easier for me to believe one idiot shouted some racist shite than a whole team (with a white coach and mostly white girls) going along with a whole hoax that would distract them before their biggest game of the season and file a false police report and risk losing their jobs.

Why do you feel the need to take a strong stance and believe either way with zero proof?
Posted on 3/28/24 at 6:22 pm to TexasTiger08
The people in this thread came in here saying no way it happened with zero proof haha
I'm more likely to believe it happened because 20+ eye witnesses said it did including the white head coach and the athletic director. The only people saying it didn't happen are people that weren't there.
The 911 call has been released and the male that called it in says there were 100 witnesses. now maybe all 100+ of them made it up and they will all keep a secret and noone will spill the beens that it was fake, or maybe it really happened. I guess we'll see
LINK to 911 call
I guess in your mind the opinions of the 100 people that were there and claim it happened are no more valid than the people in this thread that weren't there and claim it didn't happen

Sounds like some citizens of Northern Idaho felt like exercising their rights to free speech. If the girls don’t like it, maybe they should not go back. There are plenty of places where they can find their “safe space”

I’m asking you, specifically.

Why do you have to bring race into this?

Honestly, I’m just laughing that someone called 911 over this.

I just like to “wait and see” until proof comes out. Rushing to judgement in this day and age isn’t a sign of intelligence.

Coeur d'Alene averages 1 murder every 2 years and 7 robberies per year.
May be some racists but they seem to otherwise be law abiding racists much like your average TD poster

What proof do you want? It's not like there is a victim in this crime. Which is why I find it so weird that people are so vehemently denying it.
Some kids called em the n word and drove off. Feelings were hurt but besides that who gives a shite.
My concern is only about people that cannot imagine it actually happened and think it must be a hoax created by the team and fans of the team because rather than going and enjoying their team meal at a restaurant they had chosen, they decided it would be more fun to make up this elaborate hoax.
shite happens, better that the girls learn in college to get thicker skin and move on.

The coach said the word "crime".
What was the crime?
What was the crime?

OK and when their season is over (probably this week) what will keep them from coming forward with the truth?
The fact they are still part of the team. Are you really this dense?

Are there no seniors on the team? Your theory relies on 20+ college females all keeping a secret
Pretty sexist of you to assume women can’t keep secrets.

Lol @ the downvotes and no rebuttal because you know it wouldn't make any sense for a team of majority white chicks to go along with a hoax that's only purpose would be to distract them before the biggest game of their lives and "make whitey look bad"
Do you not interact with progressive white women?

Would you admit that the demand for racism has outpaced actual racist incidents over the past several years?
I have zero issue with someone taking the wait and see approach.

yeah for sure. but that doesn't mean we should act like it never happens.

but they aren't, there were plenty of people that weren't part of the team that were witnesses.

so sue me. if i've learned one thing in 38 years of life experience it's that it's impossible for a group of 4+ chicks to keep a secret, much less 25+, and according to the 911 call there were 100+ people present when it occurred. no way that many people are all able to collaborate to make up a story and keep it a secret. there would be 1 person that would tell their friend that wasn't there that it was all bullshite, and it would spread from there.
Why do people have a need to say this is fake?
Noone is accusing you of being the guy that did it? The need to defend some unknown guy is fascinating.

Not sure why this is hard to believe. In high school half the rednecks that went to our school would do shite like this daily
And 90% of the other demographic says the ‘no no word’ repeatedly on a daily basis, so whats your point?
