USC LB Being Investigated By Police in 2 States (Update from TMZ)

Yikes! Former 5 star from our 2015 class. Now we know why he's not traveling for the Bama game. Being investigated for sexual assault.

"We have an active investigation on Osa Masina," police Sgt. Dan Bartlett said. "We are working with (the Los Angeles Police Department), who also has an active investigation."
Bartlett would not confirm any specific details about the investigation in Utah, only that a search warrant was served to Masina on campus at USC last week. The alleged incident happened last month, before Masina reported to USC training camp, Bartlett said.

Football aside, if any of that stuff about Masina is true, he needs to be cut from the program and any ties with the school ASAP. That's jacked up.

Didn't Jeremy hill commit the same sexual crime Alton Sterling committed? Then while on probation for it did he not commit a new, violent crime, resulting in a team vote for eligibility? frick your glass house.

sounds like the sex was consensual. He is fricked for recording and sending it without her consent though. California has a law against internet sex shaming that really only requires that the victim did not consent and is harmed. This does both.
