Does anyone play the Taylormade Penta TP? I was given a sleeve and hit a few just to see how it played. I noticed little to no difference in the driver distances, but I noticed the ball seemed to stay in the air much longer. I hit a few 7 irons after I played my real ball and absolutely airmailed the greens with the same club in my hand. These shots flew a good 12 yards longer than my prov1x shots. They feel so soft coming off the putter. Anyone else have the same experience with the longer hang time and the increase in iron distances?

I haven't played those. Played the TP5 and love them. You can put crazy spin on those and they are durable.

yeah I agree that the Judge course there is a little much (especially tipping out at something like 7800 yards) but its fun to play. My favorite course of all of them is the Lakes course at Grand National

Judge you just gotta go in with a have fun mindset. Not an I'm gonna go low mindset.

I think Lakes was my favorite as well.

Have you played at Magnolia Grove before? It'll be our first time playing it, I've always heard good things.

Good layout. Crossings renovation a few years ago did wonders.

Nah. Grand National and Capital Hill are only RTJ courses I've played. I need to play some more. Some of the best value golf you'll find.

Magnolia Grove in Mobile?

yeah thats the one we're playing (crossings) on our way to Prattville, I believe thats where they have the LPGA stop. I couldn't believe it when I called about afternoon tee times and they said they're always wide open and its only $45 w cart for twilight.

I've heard the same thing. Buddy who just played Pebble said he think Ross Bridge is in better shape.

It's more expensive than the other RTJ courses but still a good price. GBGT weekend at some RTJ courses before the Bama LSU game.

Yep. LPGA plays there. Used to have the Nationwide Tour event.

They are wide open because it is hot as frick in Mobile during the summer and it is not as windy as it is over here in South Louisiana.
