Just woke up to see NC State LOST their game last night after I went to bed with them up 8-1 and considering my NC State +400 bet all but cashed
frick this shite
2nd same year in a row I have been on the wrong end of a TCU 9th inning rally. Last year in the super regionals I had Pepperdine +1200 and they coughed it up in the 9th. I too didn't find out about that one until 2 hours after it happened
I only had $100 on it but still it sucks

I didn't think that balk call in the 9th was legit. Did I miss something?? He clearly stepped off the rubber with his right foot.

He might have broke his hands apart before stepping off. I couldn't tell.

Balk call was bad, umpire got caught up in the moment of everybody yelling balk the pitcher had been off the rubber for five seconds by the time he called it. Doesn't matter you can let a team score 8 unearned runs and expect to win.

I RWD it and watched again. His hands didn't come apart until well after he stepped off the mound.
As mentioned though, you can't have that many errors and give up that many unearned runs. They gave up 6 in the 8th on 2 hits.

I was shocked seeing this score today. The play by play breakdown looks even worse. Up 8-1 in the 8th, tcu reached on an error by 2nd baseman, flew out, reached on error by 2nd baseman, struck out. Nc state was up 7 with 4 outs to go and should have been out of the inning twice. Then their pitching fell apart.
