If Belfort were as you described then why does his body in the most recent years looks soft (on and off trt)

Chris weidman looks like he's either missing or has an additional chromosome.

I see the Ppv is listed in hd where I am at. Maybe it's a regional thing?

Yeah I saw that. He looks fired up.

Uriah Hall was uncharacteristically fired up also. That fight should be interesting. Should be a great matchup, world class kick-boxing vs. world class BJJ.

Everyone made weight besides the girl facing Rose Namajumus(sp?) She missed bad by 5 pounds.

Never heard of the guy but the guy facing correction, not Mike Pyle, the guy before that. His name is Islam Makhachev. Some badass Sambo champ who they are talking up to be the next big thing.

OK speaking of Mike Pyle they were also talking up this Colby Covington kid.
Covington took the fight on 3 week notice.
Undefeated 7-0

Joe Rogan's facial expressions were priceless throughout the whole Weidman/Vitor spat on stage.

Reminds me a lot Khabib. Russian, Sambo, Lightweight.

If he talks shite and gets hurt a lot, could be his twin.

Sucks Cerrone is not facing Khabib tomorrow night.

Yup, Khabib Cowboy was a fight I was so pumped for. This could have been a GOAT card without the injuries but it's still a great card.

Khabib is a blanket. He doesn't make any fight card better.

It without a doubt would have been a no.1 contender bout though.

Ya I have read that about him as well. If you actually watched his fights you would know that is BS though. Yes he smothers people but he lets them up and slams them over and over and over......sometimes he literally picks dudes up and runs them across the entire length of The Octagon before he smashes them. Not to even mention the fact that when he is on his feet he throws fricking BOMBS before he gets them down and smashes them. The bottom line is if you feel that way you haven't watched most of his fights. Khabib smash!

He humps people onto what amounts to a trampoline mat causing zero damage and his striking is garbage. But I just read that. Only you watch fights.

His striking isn't technical at all but fun as hell to watch, if you think he is boring you are nuts.

The Trujilo fight that you referenced earlier was a snoozer. 50 belly to back suplexes is mildly amusing for the first ten seconds but it's not like there was ever danger of him finishing the fight or hurting the guy.

Khabib v. Dos Anjos was pretty uneventful too. Interested if they rematch what Dos Anjos can do to limit takedowns.
