If there was one thing Trent Richardson lacked in college it was vision. Richardson averaged 5.9 yards per carry in his final year at Alabama while his back up, Eddie Lacy, was averaging over 7 yards per carry. Lacy had the better vision and quickness.

It has become apparent who the better back was as Lacy is currently on his way to a 1,000 yard season. Nothing against Trent. He was a great RB at Alabama. But Lacy was better.

Richardson has horrible vision and is indecisive as hell. Lacy is the exact opposite and that's the main reason he's better NFL back than Trent.

Yeah, it actually was. There's nothing to suggest that spending a first round pick on a running back is worth it in today's game, Adrian Peterson excluded. It was a bad trade when it happened, doesn't matter who the Browns choose with the first round pick.

I'm pretty surprised by his awfulness, I thought he was a top talent coming out. I didn't agree with the AP comparisons, but still thought he was a very good player. But man he may just suck, Jim Brown called it

I'd still take him over big fat mark though.

He's a fricking running back who pretty much is only in on short yardage. What the hell is he confused about?

Mark definitely sucks worse but Trent ain't worth a damn either. Its very surprising, I really thought they'd both be good in the league. I'd obviously be a shitty GM.

I'd take a bunch of college sophomores over Mark Ingram.

I would take Jameis Winston over Mark Ingram.

Lacy/Yeldon >>> Ingram/Richardson

I'd take the sperm that lost the race to Jameis' mother's egg over Mark Ingram.

I don't like Yeldon as much as I like Drake. When Yeldon goes into the line I'm never quite sure what's going to happen. But when Drake hits that line I feel like he's going to go for 5+ every time.

Funny how a buch of Bama fans swore that Ridley couldn't hold Ingram or TR's jock. See how that is working out now?

Ridley isn't exactly tearing it up either

So much talent.

Gotta turn it on in his head. If he doesn't, he's average. If he does, he's a beast.

That said, too early to say for sure that he sucks. I don't think he does anything this year though. Rotating too much, they're treating him like a short yardage back, doesn't know the offense all the way through yet. Next year is make or break for him.

Excuse me, but he does have a 1000 yd season already. I never said he was 'tearing it up' either. My point is Ingram was WAY over-rated due to the O-Line he had in college. Richardson could still make a splash, but Ingram is finished.

Yeah, Ingram has no good qualities. At his size he's really slow, and he isn't powerful. Even if his vision improved, he's not going anywhere. Maybe in the right scheme, but even then, meh.
