How do the Marucci USSSA balls compare to Diamond DOL-1s and the Wilson a1030's?

Those names are dated. We use Nash, Trace, Ridge, Gunner, Briggs, Tripp, Maverick, Silas, Hudson, etc now.

Badens are the best right now. Marucci makes good bats, trash balls.

Dick’s

Anyways, anyways, these balls have the most movement on 9U sliders, I may knock my wife up again, just to name him Baden. Maybe Wyndham after today’s US Open.

I don't let them throw anything other than fastballs and changeups although I'm in the minority on that.

Mainly looking for baseballs that hold up, have a good feel, and maintain good pop. Game balls in tournaments go so much further than practice balls but they're so damn expensive. The last tournament we played at used Marucci balls but I think that was due to an affiliation.

I have a couple of Badens from high school games and yes the seams are crazy high but they're cool balls. I always use Baden for indoor basketballs. They make good stuff.

There is no advantage if you are giving the ump the balls?

Its not about getting an advantage. Just want good balls to use for inter and intra squad scrimmages.

Played in a 2d tournament a few weeks ago that used Marucci balls. They were terrible compared to higher level Diamonds.

Are the high school balls hotter than USSSA balls? I know the official MLB balls are very hot but they're $25 each so f-that.

With all the scrutiny that goes into bats, you don't see much about the balls.

Really depends on what promotional gold chain they are giving away with the purchase of one of those bats.
