I would completely understand if the riders respect tradition and finish as they currently are.

But one second over 80+ hours of riding. And for a podium finish in the Tour de France.

My read on Landa is that if they asked for his opinion/vote he would want to race.

Because he's the best athlete. Not because the oval chainring is giving him some advantage that other don't have. He's simply on another level (or has a better doping strategy).

I wasn't going to watch the procession today, but I woke up early so I started watching the pre-race stuff. I know they never really attack the yellow, but I just assumed the whole order was set. Didn't even consider that they might still fight for podiums. I hope they do battle it out for 3rd.

I'm disappointed for him. He had some decent positioning on some stages but never timed it right. Today he was out of position but damn he had the speed. He was closing FAST.
