Maybe a little bit but I'd still say they're the most complete team at this point. A Seahawks-Broncos regular season matchup this year would have been uber fap-worthy.

last i heard he is done for the year, and you can't just plug a guy who missed training camp, and preseason and hasn't played a down yet into the lineup and expect big things.

He's aiming to come back in week 7. Also, Seattle turned a corner about halfway through the year last year. The hype is coming from how the 2nd half of the season went.

but i think it might be a little too much.

it's possible they aren't as good as they have appeared the first 3 weeks, but it's not like they didn't EARN the hype so far.

they didn't earn this type of hype. Not many teams in the history of sports have earned this type of hype

odds are they are going to lose a home game, and I wouldn't be shocked if they lost 2 maaybe 3.

What are you talking about? Other than them being ranked no.1 in most power rankings I don't see a lot of hype surrounding them. At least nothing above the norm for any given season.

I feel like most would agree they should be no.1 in the power rankings.

sirius nfl radio has been reasonable

i look at the msb, power rankings, espn...i mean really, it is crazy. Now I don't particularly care about those things, but I guess I'm mostly shocked that the fans are buying it from those entities.

I think they're a top 5 team. crazy good, but what i've heard since sunday has been flat out ridiculous.

they beat the jaguars.

SB nation and NBC sports both have Denver no 1 in power rankings...

Someone has to be #1 and I personally would have SEA there. I cant speak for what is being said on nfl radio.

My point is I don't see what separates the hype surrounding SEA this season from the same crap you hear every season. Seems pretty normal to talk about the team that has looked the best through 3 games...

The home schedule is easy outside of NO. The road schedule on the other hand...

Denver is more well-rounded...have a pretty tough D - especially when they get all the players back - and, of course - they have Manning. The Broncos have the luxury of not having to rely on any one side of the ball at any point.

Seattle's O is sort of meh and often can be quite stagnant. Wilson is still raw. They really have to rely on their D being pretty dominate for most of the game.

Edge has to go to Denver - unless their cupcake schedule so far has elevated them artificially.

happens every year in the NFL, one of the best teams plays some cellar team or a mediocre squad and loses.
