It would be the same thing if he had been drinking. Quit pretending the stuff is a wonder drug.

Exactly. It is one thing to have differing opinions.

It is quite another to present your opinions with stupidity.

Unless it is trolling, in which case I apologize.

My thoughts on the whole thing are as follows....

1.) It was stupid for Ward to leave his car.
2.) Stewart was not adequately slowed down (considering he knew the wreck was there).
3.) He tried to scare Ward but didn't intend to injure him.
4.) The burden of proof is much too high to ever charge Stewart with a crime, and I agree with there being no criminal charges.

This is pretty much exactly how I feel

No shite, only one was allegedly involved in a stabbing and the other hit a person running around on a race track. Would you say Stewart is Charles Manson II?

Your honor, this dude is talking horseshite and I will like to bar this comment from the records. My client never did any running on the race tracked.

the smell of ones soul rotting from the guilt of knowing his own intent is much more fricking stinky.

I wonder how they determine this? Weed stays in your system for 30 days after you smoke it.

I would like to know this as well.
I seriously doubt he was "high" at the time.

Ward being high has nothing to do with Stewart running him over.

nope that is 90% on Ward on being a dumbass and walking around on an active race track and 10% on the track having shitty lighting.

negative. case would have been closed the next day. there's just nothing concrete to prove stewart's intent. end of story. they wanted to, they knew he had intent but circumstances just couldn't prove a sufficient case.
