Thanks to Tom, I mastered the art of throwing from deep center into a trash bin at home plate with pinpoint accuracy.

Love Tom's attention to detail in this drill. Sure there are no actual runners in the drill to necessitate the deke cutoff, but you always need to do things the right way if you want to threepeat as AAU National Champions.
