As expected Brady wins the MVP unanimously. First player ever to get all 50 first place votes. Per NFL network

It was his fault he couldn't hit the broad side of a barn though.

hard to hit the "broad side of a barn" when he was on his arse all game long....

He wasn't though. He had plenty of chances while on his feet. He was WAY off that day. Face it.

There were plenty of times in that game when Brady was sacked after having about 5 or 6 seconds in the pocket. Something was just off with him that day. Having said that, he fully deserved to win the MVP

Most QBs will be way off whenever Ellis rocks their world multiple times. In his defense, when he did throw passes that were accurate, his WRs dropped them. It was the worst game the Patriots played all year (outside of the Browns game) and we lost, plain and simple.

Eh. He threw away a TON of balls because WRs couldn't get open. This game will be used by Patriots fans to illustrate our frustrations with Bill O'Brien, the defacto O coordinator. He tends to get very, VERY conservative with the passing game.

Yeah, he definitely wasn't the primary reason for the loss. The lack of talent at WR and RB became apparent in that game.

I can agree with this. I've also said this was a bonus year. The scary thing is, our depth now has plenty of starting experience. I really think the offensive scheme was pretty stupid too. Dan Connolly and Matt Light couldn't block a soul.

Why announce it at this time, a few weeks before the Super Bowl? I also don't get the HOF members being revealed the day before the Super Bowl. Couldn't they have waited a few more days to make the announcements?
