It's funny becauze Manning's longevity is often attributed to his training regime

Guy had 4 neck surgeries, had his best year at 37 y/o and played 17 years in the NFL

I never said he didn't train, I said he wasn't as devoted as Brady is about it, and that is 100% true

Breaking news

Any reason you couldn't put this in your other post rather other than trying to be a twat?

It's dumb to act like Peyton completely recovered and then just fell off of a cliff due to age while he was healthy. He was never the same again after the fusion surgery

That's ridiculous. He was absolutely the same player. Maybe better.

So I will continue to act like he fell off a cliff all of the sudden because that's exactly what happened.

I think my name is above the post.

But feel free to search their nutrion standards, workouts, routines, etc. Not to mention the differences in their body compositions.

Brady follows a strick diet, routine, workout schedule centered around mobility and throwing form, along with a sleep schedule. He's in much better shape now than when he entered the league

Just threw another TD at 39 years old.

Nah, he wasn't. He found ways to produce at a similar, maybe even slightly higher level, but he wasn't the same player physically. His arm was noticeably weaker and would fade even further in cold weather. This should have been noticeable to anybody paying attention.

Go watch the throw he made in the super bowl against the saints while on the run and tell me that he had near the same arm talent after his surgery

Just asking you to back up the opinion disguised as fact. Looks like that's not happening.

"Manning wasn't as devoted to his training as Brady. That is 100% true."

"According to who?"

"Me."

Good discussion.

How would you like me to back up a opinion on who works harder to fit your needs or laziness?

Body composition? Not even close

Workout routines that you can read about with a quick Google? Both spent time in the weight room

Nutrional plans? Feel free to pick up Tomorrow Brady's book

You can read about both of their habits off the field. Do I really need to provide you with every link from my phone?

Or do you think you can actually try out that little website called Google

Edit: nice edit

No idea, man. You made the assertion that it's "100% true." I thought you would have had more than nothing to back it up.

Good Start - SI article

Brady's chef

quote:

I didn't base it off nothing. I've based it off hours of reading and research of the big 3's routines over the years. I told you where to find it

LINK

quote:

No idea, man.

So I'll just start off with body composition.

I asked "according to who" and you essentially said "me." Wouldn't it have been easier to provide the above response to that question?

Ok. Those links talk about Brady's training regimen and diet. Where is the comparison?

I ask you to back up a statement and you act like it's an unreasonable request.

You mean like this in that same post?

Oh look, another late edit

Seriously, google it. I'm not here to hold your hand.

Yeah. So you said "me" and "go do your own research."

I'll have to try that the next time I get into an argument.

And how is that different from what I said in the other post?

Still saying me, and still saying to do your own research why citing the areas I feel Brady is superior.

Once again, ignore the body composition changes since the 2 entered the league too.

Do I have to?

I'm asking you to defend your statement. You haven't. You've linked two articles about Brady's training. As if that's proof that he trained harder than Peyton.

Impeccable diet by Peyton Manning

No, I've stated that their routines are readily available online and you can research it yourself like I have.

Really isn't that hard snowflake.

Brady gets too good protection to get seriously injured like that.

It only takes one hit. The older he gets the more prone he is to getting hurt.
