I think Brady/Manning will always be a debate. I believe it is Brady easily, but certain people will never change their mind. It's like arguing Magic/Bird. Some people just fricking love Larry Bird.

I know they are different positions, but a lot of the two compare those two because of the rivalry.

Manning has been a first team all pro more times than Brady and Montana combined. Same deal with MVPs.

So yeah the argument is over.

Manning is the greatest regular season quarterback of all-time.

I'm sure if you ask him, he loves that title.

ETA: And Manning is a media darling who is a shoe-in for awards and 1st team votes a lot of the time. Look at his MVP in 2009. Brees was better statistically across the board. The media votes Manning as MVP because "he was more valuable to his team." The same group of voters then votes Woodson as the defensive MVP over Revis "because his stats were better."

The media loves Peyton. That helps him a lot.

By the way, if Brady beats Seattle, the same team Manning laid an egg against a year earlier, the Brady/Manning argument is dead.
It depends on what Brady does for his team. For someone who seems to dig deep for real value and talent and efficiency in the NBA, you really have a lazy approach to judging NFL QBs,

It was more from an overall perspective.

I could argue it either way. And to a tee, I might add.

ETA: FWIW, if the Patriots are going to beat Seattle, Brady will have to play at an MVP level. Seattle is a bad matchup for New England. The Pats will have to play a very good game and hope they can rattle Wilson.

Unless he changes his name to Montana and gets some facial surgery, no.

How did Brady choke in the last two SBs? But for Eli's retard luck, Tom would have 5 rings.

What?

Ignorant statement is ignorant.

Brady has won in a run heavy offense, a play action based offense, a small army of smurfs offense, a downfield aerial assualt Randy Moss offense, a dual TE offense, and now an all-around offense.

Brady was great in the first Super Bowl against New York. Their pass rush was unbelievable and he was still able to navigate it for a solid day that consisted of a would-be game-winning drive.

Brady was very meh in the second Super Bowl against New York. Threw a few picks and they didn't do much in the 2nd half.
