What do y'all think? I know he doesn't have to commit by today, but I'm guessing he will make some sort of announcement before the weekend.

I'm leaning yes but I wouldn't be surprised if we never saw him again.

I mean why would you start a thread asking a question whether or not you'll play?

As of this morning he was still on the new conference schedule, so there is a chance.

I think he shows up. I would hope that if he was going to withdraw he would have done it already so that the players don't have to spend all next week fielding questions about him pulling out.

Tiger Woods. Do we care if he plays the Masters?

Nope.

Most sports fans disagree with you. But to each his own.

Augusta national is incredibly hilly. Would be hard on his back. I'm guessing no.

Love him or hate him, Tiger was good for golf.
I've went back and forth on him, but he also enticed me to watch more. Just like Earnhardt. They've yet to fill that void too

Tiger is done....they should just go ahead and let him start hitting the ceremonial first tee shot along with Jack and Gary Player.

I'm not an avid, or hell even a casual golf-watcher, but I've never understood this. It's like when people say "baseball is better when the yankees are good" or "basketball is better when the lakers are good"...why? He was an all time great, certainly not disputing that. But for the casual viewer who may only tune in here and there occasionally (like myself), I'd much prefer to see a spieth/rory/DJ/etc battle down the stretch compared to Tiger winning by 8 strokes.

What is hard to understand? When Tiger is in contention, viewership goes up.

meh, I guess good for advertisers then. Just seems like in my uneducated opinion, it's "better for the sport" to have 4 or 5 guys at the top of the heap that are all playing great golf instead of watching golf's version of uconn womens' basketball.

At the time you were watching history being made, a golfer with charisma, and a likeable guy. It all added up.

He should hit a ceremonial first tee ball with the other old former champ geezers.
