Tiger will be sticking pins into a Michael Hopper doll as soon as he finishes up on #18.

scha·den·freu·de

noun
pleasure derived by someone from another person's misfortune.

Front runner.
Least gracious loser of all time. No emotional maturity.

His wife tried to hit him with a golf club while he was backing out of the driveway. I only wish it had been televised live.
He denied she was trying to hit him with it. We would know for sure if it had been captured on video.

Yes, it matters to me that he was playing around with multiple women.

How the mighty have fallen.

Maybe he will figure out a swing that works with his old body.
My impression is that he was unwilling to do an old guy's swing, and was still trying to be the old Tiger.
That ship has sailed.

TV guys were marveling that his short game is gone. You can still have a short game in an old guy's body.

I think you're right. His advantage was his mental edge and he lost all of that when the scandal happened. He'll never be the same golfer.

To me, its kind of sad. I hate seeing someone with his kind of ability lose it the way he did. Not saying he didn't deserve all of the criticism or wasn't responsible, but it sucks seeing a legendary career just derail like his had.

His mental game was a huge part. But this is so overblown. His actual golf game used to be so damn good he could have traded brains with a fricking pigeon and still won

Good. If he bombs out of three or four tournaments in this manner, maybe the media will stop the incessant and nonstop Woods' coverage.

What is sad...at his peak he was not willing to give credit to those who surrounded him.....caddie, swing coach or whomever. He is to stubborn to go back for help.

Golf is better when Tiger is good, but I have enjoyed watching when he is not playing.....we actually get to watch more good golf than the TV cameras just focusing on Tiger, 6 shots or more off the lead.

What golfer ever gives credit to caddie, swing coach, etc?

I think Harmon said he wouldn't want to coach Tiger again. Doesn't think it'd good for either of them. It might have been on Feherty.

Golf is fine without Tiger now. It'd be better if he was winning all the time, but the decline of golf was much more about the economy than Tiger. The crop of young talent on the PGA is amazing. Golf is in great hands.

This is what I wish ESPN would turn their focus towards instead.

Your right about that but Tiger could not stand those guys getting any recognition from his fame and ability.....at least that's the way I remember it.

But he LOST his short game. And trust me that is the hardest thing to get back.

Something that used to be natural is now a ticking time bomb in his head when he steps up to chip. That is the worst feeling for a golfer.

I'm sure he will get his driver and irons in check, but that short game will take a miracle to overcome it's current status.
