2nd highest is 69, which has happened twice. Those were both also blowouts. '92-93 Cowboys over Bills 52-17 (also the highest single team score) and '02-03 Bucs over Raiders 48-21
Only twice have both teams scored over 30. '78-79 Steelers over Cowboys 35-31 and '12-13 Ravens over 49ers 34-31
