Ole Miss finished 5-3 in the SEC. 5th best record.

So they finished 5th.

LSU would not have a winning record in any other p5 conference.

Big 12 and PAC 12 are usually better. ACC may also be better this year.

buwahahaha

TCU a co champ beats the #5 SEC team and you come talking shite, lol.

Just as bad as Notre Dame fans beating the #6-#8th team in SEC and getting cocky.

I'm not sure if the SEC has been the best conference in the last decade. In fact I know they haven't!
then you aren't very smart. How many championships did the SEC win in those ten years?

Looks like it was on the business end of a Notre Dame depleted roster.

1. TCU has a good team. But their resume is shaky so no playoff.
2.Ole Miss is about at LSUs level this year...i.e avg to slightly above avg.
3. TCU is pumped for this game like no other due to getting passed over for a playoff spot
4. Ole Miss is trying to re-find their mojo from earlier in the year and so have very little confidence.
5. But like other have pointed out, the co-Big12 champ vs. #5 in SEC should favor the big 12.

the SEC has won 7 of the last 8 BCS title games. 6 won by double digits. 4 different schools.

No it isn't. Don't be stupid.

They were clearly overrated this year. However, that doesn't mean they were overrated for the last decade.

UGA was like #7 in the sec when GT beat them, so it's definitely not them at 3/4
