Just because you have one good team doesn't make you a good conference. I'm not sure if the SEC has been the best conference in the last decade. In fact I know they haven't!

Big 12 and PAC 12 are usually better. ACC may also be better this year.

11-1 versus 9-3 is not exactly a close match up. Ole Miss has been 2-3 in their last five games. They were exposed by LSU and teams have taken advantage of it. Let's not forget one of those two wins came again Presbyterian. Ole Miss has been garbage the second half.
