6th round begins, and Mark Herzlich is still up for grabs. I hope the Saints take him.

Why is Greg Jones still available? Baffles me. And I'm convinced the Dolphins are throwing this draft to go for Luck next year.

Shocking trade news - Pats and Eagles swap 193rd and 194th picks straight up, to preserve 12 yr run of draft deals. Great to see these two very serious, highly-accomplished, rival coaches show their humor in a harmless way. Will be interesting to see if either pick amounts to anything. I'm betting that though done in a lighthearted way, both coaches will be wanting to come up with the better of the two picks longterm.

Jordan Todman to the Chargers. That's one of my guys. That's a really good pick in the sixth round.

Yeah and Jones just went to the Giants. They're also having a really good draft. Amukamara, Marvin Austin, now Greg Jones in the 6th.

I agree he will be one of the better backs in this draft.

With 7th round choices almost always being shots in the dark, and with the heroic comeback from cancer by Herzlich right here in the Boston area, and him still being available (as of 5:15 PM early in the 7th round, I think it would be a very intelligent move to select Herzlich, not only because I think his selection would stand on its own merit, but because he could serve as an inspiration and kindred spirit for 5th round selection Marcus Cannon, who is just beginning his own cancer treatments. It would not only be a great human interest story, but it would creat a wonderful bond between two young guys who truly do have the potential to be big-time NFL players in a few years. DO IT !!!

If nothing else the Texans should draft him last. He's the last of the 25 guys invited to NY to be picked, so he'd even be there for the selection which has never happened.

Also, what happened to Jared Crick? Wasn't he preseason AA or something?

I think some of these teams are trying way too hard to find a hidden gem instead of drafting obviously good players.

There are only two players from the Gators this year that I would say I definitely want on my team over other available players if it was a position of need - Ahmad Black and Chas Henry.

I can't believe no body took a flyer on Chas.
