Looks like Jean de Villiers will be out 8 months from that knee injury he suffered in the Wales match.

Big blow for the Springboks heading into the 2015 Rugby World Cup.

Watching the Montpellier vs Bath match from last night. Talk about a monsoon in Montpellier. Hopefully the weather in the Europe is better for today's matches.

Watched the Sarries-Sale game..the Saracens are just sputtering at the moment. Does not seem able to play a crisp game at this time.

Munster lost in Thomond...not very happy about this...

I'm pretty ecstatic about it myself. It was sweet revenge for that semi-final loss last year in Montpellier.

Those Munster tears sure taste sweet.

Impressive win by Leicester today over the champs even though they almost choked it away there at the end. Pretty entertaining match too.

Got Toulouse vs Glasgow download but didn't get a chance to watch it yet.

Beautiful try by Clermont yesterday right before the half

I am not seeing Munster get through....Sarries will step up.

Watched the Connacht game, and wow, what an ending...Galway would have been fun that night...

And watched some of the Wasps game, they looked better than usual.

And the Saints are just on a rampage right now

Yeah I didn't think Nakaitaci would be able to score from that far out cutting it wide but the he cut it inside and seemed to just weave throw defenders.

Sarries are tough good thing Munster got the losing bonus point yesterday they'll need it to push through in this pool. Has to be the toughest pool in the championsip.

I didn't see those games but I watched TN Bhoy's Ospreys lose a tough one to Racing but it was a real fun game to watch lots of running rugby.

I watched Toulouse beat Glasgow to remain undefeated in pool play. Crazy how much better than are doing here than in the Top 14. Almost like a different team.

And I watched Toulon win over Leicester. Halfpenny was back but kinda off his game. But it was still pretty much a full strength Toulon team which is hard to beat.

Yeah they have a loaded squad. Probably have the best chance at dethroning Toulon.

Breaking News - Dan Carter to Racing Metro after RWC 2015

quote:

All Blacks first five-eighth Dan Carter is set to become the highest paid rugby player of all time after signing with French club Racing Metro in a deal reportedly worth millions.

The Crusader, who will leave New Zealand after next year's Rugby World Cup, has committed to a three-year deal with the Paris club.

The contract, reported in Europe to be worth about $3 million a season, means Carter's wages will eclipse those paid to the now-retired Jonny Wilkinson and incumbent Ireland No 10 Jonathan Sexton, who the Kiwi will replace at Racing.
