Howard just hit a two run shot off of Kimbrel. Even Kimbrel is getting rocked which is shocking. I guess he still must be a little rusty.

Nice play by Mejia, but our infield defense has been terrible today. Not unexpected when like 3/4th of the infield will start the year in the minors.
Kimbrel's fastball doesn't have the zip that we're used to. I think he's struggled in early spring in previous years also.

As long as Kimbrel gets his fast ball back by the time the season starts I am good. These games do not matter anyway, but is stinks that the guys are struggling.

not sure what the dimensions are but it was to left center and just to the right of the braves bullpen...i think it's a hill but it'd be the equivalent of maybe 3 rows up?

Just Spring Training. He's probably working on some pitches. Maholm isn't going to blow anyone away, but he should be serviceable this year on the cheap.
