What's crazy is that doesn't even count Sims who looked good in the AFL, Jenkins, Fried, Soroka, Smith, Gant, or Davidson.

The final slot is between Sims or Touki.

Dave Cameron says 99.9% chance Maitan signs with ATL despite St. Louis "not giving up." He is working out at the MLB international showcase today. All 30 teams are in attendance.

Also says if Lazarito announces anything today it will be Dodgers. If he says no announcement or it is delayed it is Braves.

I think we have km locked up. Would love to also sign lozarito on top of it. We could have upwards of ten in the top 100 next year.

We aren't going to be good this year, but we will be more watchable than last year IMO. If you get it this year, you will probably get to see a lot of young arms throw which will be fun.

Braves in ESPN's Top 100 list
13. Dansby Swanson
20. Ozzie Albies
30. Sean Newcomb
39. Aaron Blair
43. Kolby Allard
80. Touki Toussaint
96. Max Fried

It should be noted that those are 4 of the 5 pitching prospects Sherman (I believe it was) mentioned as the 5 guys the Braves are the highest on. Although he had Sims in there as well instead of Blair (it was before the AZ trade).

I assume Riley, Sims and Jenkins(?) round out that top 10.

Very, very impressive top 10 group and there are some definite MLB guys 11-20 as well.

Very impressive for sure. I'm a little surprised at Fried over Riley, but I think most people want to see a little more out of Riley this year. He could skyrocket up the list with a big year in 2016.

I'm very excited to watch Fried. The best of the huge quantity of Padres prospects we got last winter. Like Law said in the piece I think many are forgetting about him.

Law said he has no. 2 potential and the Braves are very pleased with how his recovery has gone.

Yeah, I love the possibility of what Fried could be. I just haven't seen him throw really so he is more of an unknown for me at this point. Regardless, the next five years are going to be a lot of fun.

You mean TOR guys? I would be very surprised if guys like Wisler and Blair are not serviceable big league starters.

I'm really intrigued by what Wisler becomes. Most people don't think too much of him, but he showed some good stuff down the stretch last year. Maybe Glavine helping him on his change could put him over the top.
