Bowman on the projected rotation:
Teheran
Norris
Wisler
Banuelos
Perez
Kendrick/Chacin/Weber if Banuelos/Perez struggle in ST.
Folty should be ready to go in late April and they'd like to try him as a starter again, at least for now.
Newcomb, Blair, Jenkins next 3 up based on how they're throwing at Gwinnett.
Then possibly Sims and/or Ellis late in the season.

I think Chacin is being undervalued by a lot of folks. He is better than Norris IMO. I predict he will start a bunch of games for us in the first half.

Cop did an interview on the Atlanta baseball talk podcast, where he indicated that first up the prospect chart (i.e. closest) 1) Blair 2) jenkins.
He also said that they will call malex is up as soon as they feel he is ready and they are willing to play Hector at third.
