Who buys a Perro de Presa Canario and starves it to death? What a fricking idiot.

Why would he take the dog to the vet after starving it? What a dumb, piece of shite.

Was on youtube this morning and watched the video of him blocking the kick to win the UT game.
My goodness, how far he has fallen. He was probably the most popular player on the team (fan wise) his two years there. Now this, very sad.

Terrence Cody - DL - Free Agent Ex-Ravens NT Terrence Cody was acquitted of two animal cruelty charges but was found guilty of illegal possession of an alligator and marijuana among other misdemeanors. Cody was investigated for animal cruelty after his dog Taz starved to death at his home. He was acquitted of those charges, but the 2010 second-round pick could still face more than a year in jail. Already a draft bust, Cody's days in the NFL are likely over. Source: Pro Football Talk Nov 17 - 8:59 AM Player Outlook Game Log Career Stats Draft Advice Sam Bradford - QB - Eagles

How in the frick can you get acquitted of something like this? It's pretty cut and dry. Either he starved the dog and it died as a direct result of that, or the dog is still alive.

I will never understand how people neglect and/or hurt something so damn loyal to them.

He probably plea bargained out of it.
