For someone that you would expect to be very smart, Wells just shite on his report and most likely screwed the NFL. Why he chose to do that interview is anybody's guess.

I don't care that he didn't turn his phone over or cooperate or whatever. But Wells is saying he didn't ask for the actual phone, just info from it. He wasn't even going to touch it. He asked Brady and his lawyer to tell him about texts pertaining to the investigation and he'd trust Brady to give him acurate information. He didn't want to take Brady's phone to his house and look through it all night. Brady didn't have to give over any information, but look what happened now that he didn't. If there was nothing to hide he wouldn't have hidden anything.

Exactly. And then he comes up with two bizarre quotes. One that he believes it from the bottom of his heart and the other that if he were on a jury, he would check the guilty box. I just don't get it and now he gives Brady's Allstar team a bunch of ammunition. Check out the recent Schefter quote about if he sees Brady serving time.

I read something today where it said Goodell refused to turn over his personal cell phone as part of the Ray Rice investigation. He would only give up his NFL issued phone. What a joke.
