After the game they tested 4 balls from each team. All of the Patriots balls were over 12.5 and some were overinflated, while the Colts balls were underinflated. What does this say about air pressure? That its all bullshite and this talk of integrity of the game from Goodell and his lackey Vincent is all a cover.

It says that the Patriots had to inflate their balls at halftime when they were found under?

You realize that Goodell will look like an idiot if all the punishment is reversed or significantly reduced? I can't help but laugh at people that still think Goodell and Kraft are in cahoots over this

I don't think he'll look like an idiot. If that happens, I think their plan would've worked perfectly.

My belief is that Goodell sat down with Kraft and said look, the other owners are out for blood. I'm going to have to hit you with something to keep up appearances. I can't make it seem like I'm taking it easy on you. Brady will get a suspension, he can appeal it down to two games. By the time he appeals it to two games, no one cares anymore. That way, the penalty really isn't that bad and the public's bloodlust is satisfied.

And Kraft is selling it perfectly, saying their friendship is dead and all of that. Whatever.

And finally, if goodell and Kraft were in cahoots, the nfl would have handed out only the $25k fine.

And this would've been the dumb thing for him to do. The other 31 owners (not to mention the public) would never stand for that. That's what people forget. Kraft isn't the only one Goodell answers to.

You can see how drastically different that is from the "11/12 were atleast 2 pounds under" report

I am saying that report was pretty damn close to accurate. I could go find your history where you were knighting for the report that "only 1 or 2 balls were under". Remember that?

And the colts ball deflated over a half of football in those conditions to under the low limit. Which is what could've have easily happened to the Pats balls during halftime

Ideal gas law and all that

Only one or two were under by two pounds was the report I believe which is correct

This won't go to court. I'll get to the why in a minute. But since it won't, the preponderance of the evidence that supports the punishment will stand. That's because the preponderance of the evidence is a standard that was spelled out and agreed to by the owners and the players in the CBA. Talk about "only circumstantial evidence," and, "no concrete proof," linking Brady, etc. That's immaterial. This stuff will absolutely hold up and he won't get his suspension lowered more than likely.

As to why this won't go to Court, it's simple: That would open Brady up to a subpoena of his records like cell and e-mail. The Discovery process will destroy his case and potentially impact more than just himself.

He-and his team-want ZERO part of a courtroom for that very reason. In my view, this doesn't get drawn out too much because of those issues.

The penalties will stand. He may get a game shaved off. Two at most. But it won't go to Court.

Once again. It seems you havent even accepted the fact that they def cheated. The Colts balls go perfectly with the gas law. Only a few balls under by .1-.3 psi. The Patriots balls dont go in line with the gas law theory

That's if you assume that the two teams started the game/half with the same level of air pressure

Idk all the science behind it, but PFT has been reporting that they only had one ball that couldn't be explained by the ideal gas law

Look, we have gone over this. The ideal gas law with the temperature drop does not support the 1.5-2.5 PSI drop that the footballs experienced. Now if the patriots locker room was at 112 degrees then I think it would support it

It may not matter regardless but

2.5 psi

None of the balls were this far under. You keep saying this, but it's not true. The lowest one was 2

It's all for show. Brady and Kraft posturing is to maintain the confidence of the Patriots fanbase.

Ok. So 1.5-2. Im not going to argue this anymore. At this point if you still dont think tampering even occurred, then there is nothing I can say or show you that will sway your opinion
