I think FIP is a very flawed stat.

I'm not pumping ERA, necessarily.
Just saying that when comparing the two, FIP really just shows that Kershaw strikes out a lot more hitters, which we already know.

Yeah a giants fan came in the STL Thread last night and said that Grienke was the only starter the Dodgers had worth a shite. When I asked him if he thought Kershaw was shite he said "everyone else thinks he's shite". I was quite perplexed

I'm on giants huge tonight - insane +220 odds. Lineup filling out again with Pagan back.
Wish me luck, mates

TH03, What happened to the shite talking after the cubs tied the series 2-2?

You disappeared like a fart in the wind

He will continue to pitch the Dodgers to the playoffs......problem is once we are there.

I'm blaming the cold weather. Dude looked stiff in the first couple of innings I saw before LSU. Maybe just me reading too much in to it, but that's what I saw.

The guy just doesn't have the killer instinct when it matters.
And hey, that's okay. Like 95% of pitchers don't have it. You can be the best pitcher in the world during the regular season, but if you can't win in a must-win situation in the postseason does it really matter what you did during the season when your flying home?

You've been waiting over a year to bump this?

Dodgers just weren't nearly as good as the Cubs, it happens.
Posted on 10/22/16 at 11:10 pm to mizzoubuckeyeiowa
Exactly. Andrew toles drops a ball in the 1st inning and shite just gets rolling. That's just baseball. Cubs were the better team and they played like it
