Damn this could be a mess. Winston is probably innocent as hell and still might get fricked in all this. What the hell was the TPD thinking? If...IF these things are true those people need to pay. What idiots.

Just to add, I'm 6' 5'. AT LEAST once a week some girl says "omg you're so tall. Do you play basketball? You're like(then I get ridiculous range from 6' 2' to 6' 8') feet tall." Girls just don't have a knack for this kind if thing. I think her initial description is of minor importance.

Do girls that lie about rape usually get a rape kit done and all those things? I figured if they know they're lying they wouldn't. But of course she could have let Winston spray guts with the intent of screwing him over. Hell we don't know anything. The accusations of the PD are pretty damning though for them.

i know they frown on rape cases being over looked for sports people.

Always look at what happens immediately after any crime occurs. A lot can be inferred by actions, both for or against a suspect.

It should be no surprise that something potentially got covered up by the local authorities in a place with a major football program.

Like many other have asserted in the thread, my problem is not with Jameis (as none of us know what happened). My problem was with the TPD who clearly mishandled the whole situation.
