I believe it's worth considering him as the best coach in the state. Since after the end of the 2009 school year, he is 16-7 in the playoffs. Today advancing to the quarterfinals. His knock is that he hasn't won a state championship yet. This year they are the 1 seed and only lost 4 games all season.

Is he cheating or something? That school hadn't won a playoff game in baseball in forever before 2010

I think the Barbe coach has a say in this conversation

Yes Cecchini is great, but he gets great USSSA players. Has gotten great players from Sulphur and other areas to to venture there. Not sure what 3A Brusly gets. Their success is different than pre-2009 as Barbe has been good for much longer than Brusly.

What's up Tait?

What's it like having a name that looks just like taint?

Tait is a good coach. He is not the best coach in the state. Brusly has one of the most talented teams in the state in 3A. They have excellent pitching which has led them to 33-5 or whatever. If Cecchini doesnt get credit for winning with talent at Barbe, then neither should Tait for winning at Brusly especially this season.

A lot of money is pumped into there program from the bottom up to High School. They have great facilities and do a good job of developing talent. That being said Tait has cost the team more games over the years than be has won them
