I can't think of an elite spread team Bama has beaten.

That's because there aren't many elite spread teams. Oregon is probably the only one, but they've struggled against tough physical defenses.

We struggled with less than ideal OL. We now have a full cycle of OL recruited for the scheme and a two deep with rivals 150 guys.

They would. So, before any player on the current Bama roster played.

Cause Bama's roster when it had 2 of Sabans recruiting classes was much more talented then than now and 5th year seniors on this years team were on that roster

Bama hasn't lost a game under Saban where they have rushed for over 150 yards.08 UF/Utah,A&M and 2010 AU all beat Bama up front. Oregon doesn't have the players to do that. Look at the teams that have beaten Oregon in recent years

So what? That's often true. Teams run the ball a lot when they are ahead. Bama didn't win those games because they rushed for a lot of yards more than the fact they rushed for a lot of yards because they were winning the game.

Oregon doesn't have players up front? They don't send linemen to the NFL? OK, let's look at the four teams that have beaten the Ducks in the past three years:

2010 Auburn, 2011 USC, and 2012 Stanford beat Oregon by a COMBINED 9 points. There's no way you can argue there was a mismatch there, as the games were all decided by 3 points.

2011 LSU put the beat down on Oregon through dominant special teams and a truly unique player in Mathieu. So, yes, if you have a Honey Badger, there is a mismatch. The only player like that in the country this year is Clowney, just a freakish talent.

Pretending Oregon is not a very, very good program stacked with NFL talent is not a credible argument. You think they can't run the ball? You don't think Oregon is a better team than 08 Utah? Or has a better running game than 12 A&M?

2010 Auburn scored their 2nd lowest total of the season against Oregon.

In the mighty SEC, Auburn scored...

65 on Arkansas
56 on South Carolina
51 on Ole Miss
49 on Georgia
37 on Kentucky
28 on Alabama
24 on LSU

22 on Oregon.
