Other guy nailed it.

CP plays the field, ultimately returns to LAC.

Cap is going to catch up with them soon. They'll still be really, really good but that bench is going slowly disappear.

They won 60 games without Paul this year

He adds 5-7 wins alone

Parker has another 3 years in his prime and their bench is one of the bests in the league.

Pop will have them playing for a ring soon

Lotta People said they would have no bench this year. But it was better than the prior year bench very late in the season.

There will always be vets willing to take the minimum to play on a squad like that.

There will always be javale McGee kinda guys who they can sign and turn into a contributor.

No, everyone is not saying this

With Paul, that will give them arguably the best big 3 in the NBA with Paul, Leonard, and Aldridge.

It's like Golden State doesn't even exist.

I just figure they're going to have to pay Steph this year. He's due his money since he's been on a discount. Going to have to pay Durant next year. I'm not claiming to be a cap guru but almost their entire bench is FAs this summer, hard to see them keeping guys like Livingston & Iggy who will get better offers elsewhere.

A lineup of Paul, Green, Leonard, Millsap and Gasol with Mills and Ginobili, Parker and Simmons would be pretty nasty.

It would, and it would also be impossible to pull off.

Salary cap and all.

Yea, they'll pay Steph and KD, obviously.

I'm just not sure they'll be willing to pay Klay 2 seasons from now though. The cap hell they'd be in would be unprecedented.

The end of the day, he will be back in LA cause they will offer him more than anyone else.

13% state income tax in California versus 0% in Texas means the Spurs don't have to offer as much as the Clippers for the money to be the same.

What? No they aren't. I doubt he comes here.

Not the best big three. Thanks, Aldridge.
