Newcombe did average like 260 innings and 19 complete games his first 3 years in the league before military service.... he missed his 26/27 year seasons which had he continued on his pace he could have won 200+ games since it likely changed his 1954 season as well.

Yeah. His military service messed with his career and he is still easily an all time dodger
