When Brees came out of Purdue I thought he'd be a decent starter, but I never dreamed how good he would be

Brees when the Saints signed him. He couldn't even throw yet.

Cam Newton
Yup. Didn't think he had the accuracy or pocket presence to be successful in the NFL. Both are still not great but he makes up for it with his athleticism.

Matt Ryan. I pegged him as a bust immediately.

Newton has not been good by any stretch of the imagination. He keeps his job, but that guy will lose you more games than he wins you at this point.

Did you watch him play at all in college? He looked like Jesus on the field. The guy is the definition of a QB ..

Now I say Colin kaepernick

Questions were:
big arm, questionable accuracy, not sure about his leadership skills

All time:
Terry Bradshaw

Questions were:
Big arm, questionable accuracy, terrible decision making, forces throws, don't trust him

Same could be said about Favre

Is this some kind of comparison of Favre, Bradshaw, and Kaep? Because one is not like the others.

the questions of the time about Terry Bradshaw before the four super bowls
quote:

Big arm, questionable accuracy, terrible decision making, forces throws, don't trust him

the same questions raised about bradshaw could also apply to Favre

this has nothing to do with comparing kaepernick, bradshaw and favre

Thought since you mentioned all the names and some of the same characteristics you were trying to draw a small line.

Nevermind.
