3 games left, 1 game out

Houston’s problems are so deep, it would take more than a "30 for 30" special to clear them up. Trying to explain the issues or even why they exist can be difficult.
from ESPN.coms Calvin Watkins

For the record, I thought they were going to make a push, but apparently the chemistry issues are too big.

I'd be kind of surprised if they do. They haven't done anything all season to make me feel confident that they can. At this point I'd just rather them just miss and take the pick.

By the power of swag and boom, I gave them an upvote. I just can't accept that they're that dysfunctional. I see home wins against LAL and Sac, and a coin flip in Minnehaha.

I wouldn't want to play 'Sota when they can play spoiler with the talent on that squad.

KAT might put on a show to cap off his ROY campaign

I said it a month or two ago that they weren't going to make the playoffs. Rockets are garbage and don't belong. There is quite a distinct difference between the current top 8 in the west and the Rockets.

The Rockets suck so much to watch. Would rather watch Utah ugly their way to 90-78 losses when they get swept 4-0 to Houston's 135-105 losses on their way to being swept 4-0.

If the Jazz beat the Clippers B team yesterday, it would be over, but Houston will sneak in now on a tiebreaker probably. Damn Clippers need to throw games better.

How is that possible if the Rockets are 4 games out from the 5 seed in the West?

Well I think he means that Houston lack of chemistry and team play puts them in a notch below the playoff teams or at least the perceived playoff teams. Talent wise they should be a top five seed...lack of chemistry and team play puts them a notch below the playoff teams or at least the perceived playoff teams. Talent wise they should be a top five seed. They don't play for each other though. As they say the secret of basketball is that it's not about basketball .
