take kickers and defense fast as you can. They will go quick, make sure you have a backup kicker, if not you will lose your bye week.

All kidding aside, if he picked Julio, Ingram, Yeldon, and Cooper in that order he would have the beginning of what would probably be a very solid team

There would definitely be some reaching involved to get all of them, but it wouldn't be a bad foundation.
