Shaquille O'Neal was involved in a brawl in the 1992 SEC tournament when a Tennessee player fouled him hard. Shaq elbowed the player in the face really hard in retaliation, starting a melee. O'Neal was given a single game's suspension, and it seemed fair at the time.
There's no reason that Griner should get more than two games.
