He was gone for most of the season......but the ncaa would have suspended him for one game but then the coach/pac ten had a say so as well. The coach is the one who suspended him the way he did.

Same thing here.......the ncaa rule is a one game suspension, the coach/big 12 most likely added the other game.

She's only getting 2 games because her coach knows nobody cares enough to do anything about it. If Chip Kelly had suspended Blount 2 games every reporter in nation would have flipped their shite. Mulkey can do this and get lightly criticized for a day and then everyone will forget.

The rule is one game for one punch and the rest of the season if it happens again.

Anything more than that is imposed by the university.
