Obviously you would rather stay there than live anywhere else since you live there. Unless you don't realize you are allowed to live anywhere you want to but I am pretty sure you know that.

That Thompson deal is such a head scratcher. He gets 8 pts and 9 rebounds and makes double double money. On top of that, he's not a rim protector either.

I can't tell if you became a Miami "fan" from LeBron's four years there and you're waiting for them to make an actual run before you hop on their bandwagon

Yea, he's the reason they fell back into irrelevancy when he left for Miami

Well...when you take a top 5 player from their team that has a bunch of older vets they tend to push the reset button afterwords.

He gets a lot of flack in general, but this is some teenage level shite.

It was such a stupid signing by GM Lebron. He needs to let Gilbert run the team and focus on playing well. He shouldn't try and be coach and he shouldn't try and be GM. He's the best player of this generation but he makes some really stupid decisions.

Just another reason to hate Lebrat. He's classless

I'm having trouble thinking of anybody in the NBA with more class than Lebron.

Makes 0 sense and really makes me question LeBron's goal in Cleveland.

I can understand getting your boys paid once you've completed the mission (getting a ring or two). You don't strong arm the team in overpaying the shite out of everyone after losing the finals.

This is the time when everyone takes at or below market to allow for as much talent as possible to win a title. Signing TT to a 16M/year deal is basically saying "frick a championship. Let's get paid"

UPDATE: LBJ still does not follow the Cavs on twitter, but he just followed them on Instagram. Prob just trying to slide in those DMs.

I feel sorry for the people that actually care about this.

Thompson actually won't be that overpaid under the new salary cap, which will almost double its current rate within the next two years. The deal looks off now, but his signing last FA exemplifies the sense of urgency Lebron has placed upon the organization.

Thompson is an athletic big who is probably the best offensive rebounder in the league. He is a critical player in their GS matchup because of his quickness and ability to switch if he's forced out on the perimeter. He doesn't seem like he would be a guy you'd be fine with overpaying but he plays an important role on that team, and no one knows that more than Lebron.

TT is pedestrian on offense and pedestrian against GSW offense. Literally, the only thing he is good for is rebounding. He isn't a rim protector, his defense is very suspect, and he has no signature offense.

Lebron will join Simmons in L.A. and rebrand to the Fakers.

UPDATE 2: LeBron (through his peeps) has said that he unfollowed because he is shutting down his social media in preparation for the playoffs.

Interestingly, he has not shutdown that account, nor has he unfollowed anyone else. Furthermore, he has announced via the twitter account he said that he is avoiding that he will be joining Snapchat this week.
