He was in over his head as Raiders HC. Kiffin was younger than some of the players on that team and went from being a position coach and OC at the college level...straight to an NFL HC job?

He's been in over his head at every stop. The dude's a nut case as a HC. Sure hes a good play caller, thats why his ceiling should be OC. But to be a HC you need to have a clue about PR.
I used to say Kiffin was the Obama of college football because nobody made it further by accomplishing less. Now i think he's the Trump of college football because he's a middle school girl on twitter and doesnt know how/when to shut the hell up.
