Shreveport Area People, What Channel Are Cowboys On Tonight?

Pre season is usually on KTAL 6, but its the Olympics tonight… any other local networks show it?

What's the Shreveport Cowboys/Saints situation these days? Seemed like 80% Dallas back in the 90's, then a big swing to the Saints during/around the Superbowl period.

I think its still Dallas slightly. I know a couple years ago they were holding internet and phone polls to see which team the locals wanted broadcast if both teams played at the same time. Dallas won a lot but Saints won a few too.

And it was also learned later on that the station actually rigged the numbers because the station manager preferred the Cowboys game or something like that.
The reason they even did the poll was because so many people were calling into the station to bitch about not being able to see the Saints game.

Too bad they are both in the NFC therefore compete for airtime locally. I think the local AFC team is technically Houston......that's what I've always wanted....every Texans game!!

Funny, thought that A)they were the NEW ORLEANS Saints, and B)this was a free country.

I don't see why people in Shreveport shouldn't support the Cowboys. I know state pride and all but Dallas is closer, you can easily go see a game there. Nice arse stadium, get good tickets on stubhub, would be easier to see your favorite team in person compared to driving way down to NOLA.

Nicer stadium than Superdome. Nicer city than New Orleans. Same crappy product on the field.
