I think sms raises a valid question.

You're going to say the USA is embarrassing and then expect us to believe you're going to put your all into representing us?

Not a good look. I get that he's pissed about the guy he hates being in the White House, but, frick, so was the other half of the country with Obama.

Get the frick over it. Have some fricking pride in our country. We'll survive until a candidate he likes is in the chair. Quit dissing the USA and focus on the sport we all associate you with.

ETA: And I have no beef with Pop as a person. He's actually one of the kindest, most gregarious folks when the cameras are off. Stories of him doing random acts of kindness for folks here in SA are endless.

Just keep the politics out of sports. DGAF what side of the aisle you're on.

Incorrect. MLK jr, the goat, never even said he was embarrassed of this country back when times were actually horrific for his community. It does nothing but divide further. Wanting change is patriotic, being embarrassed is not

yea but the players do, and they would likely not play if Pop was let go beacuse of this.

pparently all the troops that died protecting our freedom while he was a basketball coach making millions from millions of American fans, is embarrassing to him.

Pop is a graduate of the Air Force Academy and did 5 years active duty.

Stick to worshiping LeBron and lying about his and your business acumen and education.

If he's so embarrassed then someone else should be coaching Team USA, IMO. That was my point.
