My only issue is that NFL films probably catches guys say this word hundreds of times a week around the league. Dont see them getting fined ever.

I guess i just hate the "right for some but not for all" mentality about that word. If youre that offended by it then noone should use it.

the team fined him, not the NFL. I would think that would be enough, but who knows with Goodell.

Any punishment the Eagles feel is appropriate is fine by me. If they chose to suspend him or cut him, then that's his own fault.
I don't think the NFL should hand down any punishment, though. SHould be handled strictly in house.

Wasn't just slur he guilty of. 1. Being at Kenny McGarth Concert. 2. Wearing flannel sleeveless shirt 3. Threatening to beat up security. That all added probably warrants some punishment.
