Lol Scottie.
Your comparing yourself to the 2nd best player to ever play this game.
Go enjoy your 6 rings but don't be oblivious and try to gain attention.
Not saying pippen was unreal. Prob top 40 players of all time. But dont compare to an all time great

Because he took a back seat to Jordan most years. In his lone full year without him he did have a LBJ lite stat line.

Pippens best year, AKA the year without MJ:

21.4 / 8.1 / 5.2

Lebron James average for his career:

27.3 / 7.1 / 7

LOL. He didnt have a Lebron stat line. I love Pippen but I just dont really see the resemblance with him and Lebron

Many on here underrate the frick out of pippen. Made the 50 greatest players of all time list and people on here act like he was a nobody compared to other greats

Just watch any old clip of Pippen either with the Bulls or the dream team. He was a baller, one of my top 5 favorite players ever.

I have always said Grant Hill was the player most comparable to Lebron though. Another beast but cut down by injuries.

You don't even have to go that far. Lebron's stat line in his second year (as a 20 year old) was superior to Pippen's best year.

They are not close in any way shape or form. This is not a legitimate discussion.

Gee I wonder why Pippen couldn't win an MVP playing with MJ.........

Ok that's cool...... Makes a huge difference.........

Pippen 6 titles Bron 2 and had to find players to FINALLY get them....

cause he was never good enough, even when MJ didnt play?

maybe because it took him 4 years to establish himself as an all star caliber player?

maybe because by the time he was 33 he was a role player?

As always, based on this logic

Sam Jones >>> Bron
Tom Heinsohn >>> Bron
K.C. Jones >>> Bron
John Havlicek >>> Bron
Bob Cousy >>>Bron

So you can't make a statistical argument in any way so you go to title count. Robert Horry, Bill Russell anyone?

Pippin was the second best player in basketball quite a bit during the Bulls championships.

He was the best player in the NBA the year after Jordan left and a bad no call against New York may have cost the Bulls the NBA championship that year.

There is little doubt in my mind Lebron > Jordan. Take away Pippen, Jordan may have had zero titles. And LeBron has never played with anyone as good as Pippen in his prime. Wade was the closest for 1 year, but that is the only one even in the ball park.

Give LeBron a prime Pippen and he wins every single time.

Yea huge difference cause this FG % and match up defense is the only 2 aspects you said Pippen was better.
But in fact LBJ is the better scorer and shooter based on those numbers.
So really pippen has 1 aspect better. 1 on 1 defense.
Everything else. Literally everything else to LBJ. Passing rebounding leader can guard 1-5 scorer to name the few
