Yeah the percentages go way up for someone who was a victim to commit the same types of crimes. Not trying to give him a pass and he deserves every punishment he gets, but it shows the damage these types of crimes have on people's lives

Yup. He obviously does need to be punished, and more importantly society needs to be protected from him. But man, we need to be helping kids in these horrible situations before it's too late.
