1. Foul...Two shots....Player stands on what he thinks is the free throw line, but its actually the end line for the volleyball court. Referee throws him the ball. What's the call?
2. Technical foul. Team A has a player at the table ready to substitute. Player comes in the game and shots the free throw. Is this "legal"?

I don't believe it is.

player lines up at correct spot. Reshoots FTs.

1. The referee will not give him the ball if he's not at the line.
2. The substitution would happen after the technical free throw.

In junior high ball, coach used to take a special kid off the bench to shoot technical free throws. But he would come out right after

1- is the volleyball line behind the FT line or in front of it? If it's behind the free throw line then there is no problem. If it's in front of the FT line then you would have to assume the ref would notice and move the kid back. Unless of course the kid gets the ball (behind the real ft line) and then walks up to the volley ball line to shoot. That would be a violation.
2- he can't shoot. Won't even be called to enter the game until after the first FT

1. Ref should move the kid back before throwing the ball.
2. Honestly would depend on the situation. Was there a foul called first and then the technical after? Or was there an injury with the technical?

1. He was given the ball, but fans noticed that he was at the wrong line (too close) and got the attention of the refs. Was moved back to the correct line.
2. Players was allowed in the game and shot the two free throws. No foul on the play. Coach had just gotten 2nd tech. so there was a little madness for a few minutes.
