Who cares if Rudolph instigated? (He didn't)

Who cares if he tried to kick Garrett? Who cares if he fricked with Garrett's helmet?

NOTHING HERE JUSTIFIES RIPPING ANOTHER PLAYER'S HELMET AND THEN HITTING HIM WITH IT.

Nothing. Sorry.

Watch it again Rudolph is pushing up not pulling Garret's helmet.
He's still clearly trying to remove his helmet from his head.

I mean he should definitley get suspended. I'm just saying Rudolph isn't some sort of innocent bystander.

Correct. Also, stop upvoting all of your own posts. It’s sad.

Thanks for pointing it out. I would've missed it otherwise.

The picture shows Garrett is already in the act of ripping Rudolph's helmet off. I don't give a frick what Rudolph does at that point. He's trying to get free.

I don't think you know how the law works in most states.

"Self-defense" if that's what you're going to argue here, has to be "reasonable" to an objective standard.

There isn't a court in the land that would consider using a deadly weapon while standing up as a reasonable response to possibly being lightly kicked.

Ok lets put ourselves into the mindset of a professional football player.

Someone tugged on my helmet. Should I
A: act like a professional step away from the situation and collect my million dollar check

or

B: go insane and cost myself millions of dollars and end my career?

One is the mindset of a gainfully employed professional football player. The other is the mindset of instead of an orange fingered cheeto eating keyboard jockey.

I'm not even going to bother to take you seriously because this is such a ridiculously disingenuous description of Rudolph attempting to take of Myles' helmet that it warrants being ignored.

I’m having a blast laughing at the idiots who think Garrett’s reaction was somehow warranted. You’re at the top of that particular retard mountain at this point. Good for you.

Even if it is true that Mason tried to take off Garrett's helmet...

Is it your position that it is REASONABLE for Garrett to, once disengaged and Mason has failed to do so, rip off the other person's helmet and then strike them with it?

Please answer and defend this as to how the Reasonable Prudent Person would react in that situation.

Please factor in the setting, events, size, physicality, and training of the individuals in question.
