I doubt it. They are juuuust starting a Phillies like rebuild and just need an empty figure to lead the team while they acquire young talent. Once they have anything going on he'll be replaced by someone more in tuned with modern baseball

2006 Twins had the MVP (Morneau), batting title (Mauer) Cy Young winner (Santana) top closer (Nathan), plus Tori Hunter and Franscisco Liriano. Done in three games in playoffs with Oakland. Nice guy, but career .500 and weak in post season.
