I believe in the Johnny Manziel return hype. Two teams I’d watch out for as possible training camp destinations: Green Bay Packers and New Orleans Saints.

Nola and a high profile battle with sobriety go hand in hand.

That screams Hard Knocks if the Saints end up letting him camp.

This. Only a team that can turn down Hard Knocks should be a destination for Manziel.

Otherwise, it'll be a circus for the team and for him.

Not sure why any team would open themselves up to this circus. Manziel is not an NFL quarterback back even if he's clean and sober imo

JF was booted from the Manning Camp in Thibodaux for leaving the dorm & partying on Bourbon St. and then being late the next morning. He will never make it in the Big Easy. St. Patrick's Day parades for one.

I for one am rooting for the guy. What do these teams have to lose by giving him a second chance?

I don't think he can make it but I hope he does. Football is better when he's playing.

Why would you root for a guy who risked throwing his Aggie teammates' season under the bus for $1,700? There can be no doubt now he took money for his autographs, and had it been proven, he would have been suspended for at least a few games & his teammates' season flushed down the drain. He's all about himself, always has been, always will be. Sorry, cann't pull for a player that selfish.

TM7 is humbled. Johnny is a spoiled child.

I'm not saying that's not correct. I'm just saying harping on him for the whole autograph thing is weird

Honeybadger is the opposite of manziel. One of them grew up and became an adult. The other one did not.

*gotta give Miles props for doing what was best for Mathieu instead of enabling him like A&M did with Manziel.

how many failed drug tests did it take?

What's your point? If anybody in JFFs life had EVER told him no, he'd probably have grown up too. Looks like the nfl is having to do it now.
